The musical is based on the Oscar-winning film by Bruce Joel Rubin, where Patrick Swayze, Whoopi Goldberg and Demi Moore had the lead roles. Now finally this wonderful musical comes to London's West End and Piccadilly Theatre!
Ghost is a timeless story of love's enormous power, which we find Sam trapped as a ghost between this world and the next. By a somewhat dubious medium Sam tries to communicate with his beloved girlfriend, Molly, to try to protect her against the man who brought him about life.
Bruce Joel Rubin's award-winning screenplay was adapted to this successful stage version of a roller coaster of romance, drama and excitement.
The beautiful music and the lyrics are written by the Grammy-winning legend Dave Stewart (Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (the author of Michael Jackson's "Man In The Mirror") and includes ofcourse the unforgettable "Unchained Melody".
Directed by the award-winning Matthew Warchus, with designs by Rob Howell and the exceptionally beautiful stage effects by Paul Kiev (illusionist to "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban") - Ghost will offer a magical spiritual evening.
