Jersey Boys is the Cinderella story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, working his way up from a life on the streets of Newark to a life as a famous and acclaimed stars. You get to enjoy hit songs like 'Sherry', 'Big Girls Do not Cry', 'Can not take my eyes off of you', 'Oh, What a Night' and many more.
Jersey Boys is directed by Des McAnuff and is based on a book by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. Lyrics and music written by Bob Crewe and The Four Seasons own Bob Gaudio. The musical has won four Tony Awards, for Best Musical, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor and Best Lighting Design.
McAnuff is also working on a London version of the show, as are the Broadway creative team, consisting of choreographer Sergio Trujillo, production designer Klara Zieglerova, lighting designer Binkley and costume designer Jess Goldstein.
