FC Internazionale Milan or Inter is a football club from Milan in Italy. In popular speech, the team is called at times for the Nerazzurri (the Black-Blue). Inter is historically one of Italy's major football clubs and has won many titles in Italy.

The club was founded in March 14, 1908 by a group of Italian and Swiss football players who left Milan Cricket and Football Club (now AC Milan). The club was founded on the idea that everyone regardless of race, religion or origin would be admitted, therefore, they chose the name Internazionale Milano.

Inter won their first series championship in 1910 and is the only team that always has played in the Italian first division - Serie A.
