Tottenham Hotspur F.C. (Also known as Tottenham and Spurs), was the first team in the 1900s to win "The Double", ie the highest league in England and FA Cup that year and the UEFA-Cup 1972. The Spurs became the first club in the world that was introduced on the stock exchange 1983.
Since the beginning of the 1950s Tottenhams beacon and tradition has been to not only play football but to play an entertaining and attacking football. This attitude is reflected even in club motto Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).
