By registering a membership and creating an account, the user accepts the 1ticket.org.uk terms.
1 Biljett AB is a company dealing in second hand tickets at market prices. We are not agents for either the organizer or the venue and can not be held responsible for the quality, implementation, content or presentation.
1ticket.org.uk takes no responsibility for unsold tickets to events.
In addition, the Swedish Consumer Agency of the prescribed conditions for the marketing of tickets, stating that it must be clearly shown that there is a secondary sale of tickets and that the primary dealer's condition is in force.
These include, for example, the opportunity to cancel tickets bought or sold in contradiction with the primary dealer's terms.
Note that Distance Contracts Act rules on withdrawal DO NOT apply to the purchase of tickets to events.
Therefore, customers can not redeem or exchange tickets at 1ticket.org.uk.
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the tickets comport with the order.
It is customer's responsibility at reception of the event tickets, to verify that the information (such as the arena, the date and time) is still current.
If date changes, change of venue or if the event is cancelled the customer is responsible for contacting the responsible for the event. Only the amount printed on the ticket, excluding service charge, is refunded by the organizer / arena.
The customer should be aware that vouchers for football events are useless in those cases the team is not advancing to the matches. No redemption can be made for them.
As tickets to some footballmatches in Spain could be seasoncards, therefor an envelope is included which you put the cards in after the match and leave it to your reception and anything else that comes with the patch.
The Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL) and Security
The user accepts that personal data is stored under the Personal Data Act (PuL). No information is disclosed to third parties. The user has the right to free, once a year in writing, with signature, obtain extracts for which information is stored 1ticket.org.uk (PuL).
After the closure of the account 1ticket.org.uk do not save data on the user longer than necessary.
On suspicion that the user violated the Terms of Agreement, 1ticket.org.uk reserves the right to immediate suspend the user account.
Technical Difficulties
1ticket.org.uk takes no responsibility for technical problems and typos.
1ticket.org.uk can not be held liable for technical problems.
* 1ticket.org.uk can not be held liable if the match is moved another day / time or other changes outside our control.
Shipping and Payment
We offer four different payment options; Payson, PayPal, Postal Prepay or Invoice Payment.
When using the invoice payment there is a fee of 25 SEK, due date is 14 days.
In addition, a customary credit check is made.
When the COD shipment isn't collected, the fee is SEK 150 in cash on delivery and handling charge.
All tickets sent by Postal Office Registered Letter, which means safe delivery.
1ticket.org.uk ambition is that the buyer will receive the tickets within 10 working days, but later deliveries may occur.
Foreign Events
At events abroad the tickets are rarely sent to the buyer, but they're collected first hand. Usually they are delivered to the reception at the hotel.
It is therefore very important to 1ticket.org.uk contacted prior to departure with information on accommodation.
