Are all of our tickets guaranteed and authentic?
Yes. We have a quality controll process that checks all of our tickets are authentic. Once you have paid in full for your ticket(s), we guarrantee delivery as per our agreement.

How is it possible to have tickets to a 'sold out' event?
We have built up relationships with key event suppliers and distributors for over 25 years in the sports and entertainment industries. Our wide network of contacts in all types of live event segments allows us to obtain tickets to all types of football games, concerts and other live events even if they are already sold out by the organizer.
Event orginisors have their own set of diversified rules, this can often meen there is no return on tickets that have already been purchased, this can result in large numbers of tickets that do not get used. We encourage orginisations and individuals with unused tickets to contact us so we can make these tickets available to the market.

Why do you define a section and not a seat?
To keep things simple we divide the seating plan into categoriesed sections. We use the same seating parameters that the stadiums themselves provide.

Will we sit next to each other?
Yes, we very rarely book single seats and depending on the size of the number of seats required we try to supply a row or rows of seats together. If this is not possible then the minimal amount of seats together is two's and four's. Please contact our customer service for specific requests.

Can you help me change my ticket?
In most cases this is not a problem. As soon as you know that you want to change your ticket, contact us as soon as you possibly can.

Why should I register my details to book tickets?
If we need to contact you for any such reason as a change of venue date etc, it is important that you leave your contact details, ie name, address, telephone number, e-mail adress. Your information stays with us and will not be disclosed.

Why might i pay more or less than the price printed on the ticket?
PA pre-printed price is printed on the ticket(s) you purchase from us, this is known as the Face Value. This represents the price that the organizer deems apropriate at the first sale.
Our service of sourcing and supplying a ticket often deemed 'high in demand' comes often with an added on service fee. This fee contributes often to a higher price than is printed on the ticket.

When will i recieve my tickets?
We guarantee delivery of your ticket(s) to a predefined adress (hotel) or collection faccility often the day before the event itself. Once the ticket has been paid for in full, we can guarantee your ticket(s) will be delivered as per the agreement made. Please note we have a 24/7 telephone number to our ticket masters in case you have any last minute query.

If an event is cancelled?
In the very few instances where an event is cancelled, you will recieve the amount back that is printed on the actual ticket. The remaining amount represents our service fee.
Remember that you alone are responsible for checking if the event is moved or cancelled!

If an event is moved?
If the date/time of the event you have purchased a ticket for is changed, your ticket is still valid. You can not expect we will give you a refund. (However if possible we will try to do so).

Can i get my money back if i cancel my order?
You can recieve a full refund of your hotel booking if you purchase our cancelation insurance at a cost of 295sek per person. This is valid up to 7 days before the 1st day of the hotel booking.
We do not insure against match ticket cancelation.

What if I have problems with my ticket or hotel?
